RightS of Withdrawal Information

As a customer of MELOCCOTON, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract under the conditions outlined below. This right is provided in compliance with Belgian law and EU consumer protection regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal Period

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date you or a third party, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow these steps:

  • Notify Us in Writing: Send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this page, but it is not mandatory. You can send your withdrawal notice to:

  • Include Necessary Information: Please include your order number, name, address, and the items you wish to return in your withdrawal statement.

  • Return the Goods: Within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the items back to us in their original packaging, unused, and in the condition you received them. The return address will be provided upon confirmation of your withdrawal request.

3. Conditions for Returnable Goods

The right of withdrawal applies only to items that are:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • In the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Free from any signs of damage or alteration.

Non-returnable Goods: For hygiene reasons, certain products, such as underwear and swimwear, are not eligible for return if the packaging has been opened after delivery, except in cases of defects or quality issues.

4. Refunds

If you withdraw from the contract, MELOCCOTON will refund all payments received from you for the returned items, including the initial delivery costs (up to the standard delivery cost, excluding any premium delivery charges). Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Refund Timeline: MELOCCOTON will issue the refund within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods, or you provide evidence of having returned them, whichever is sooner.

5. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery, as MELOCCOTON is not liable for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following items:

  • Goods made to your specifications or customized items.
  • Items that have been unsealed and cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons, such as lingerie and swimwear, if opened after delivery.
