These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on the MELOCCOTON website. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms. MELOCCOTON reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The version of the terms applicable to a purchase will be the one in effect at the time of placing the order.

3. Product Information and Availability

MELOCCOTON endeavors to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications of each product. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings or production processes.

  • Product Availability: Product availability is updated regularly. However, in rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this occurs, MELOCCOTON will notify the customer promptly and provide either a refund or an alternative solution.
  • Product Use and Care: Products should be used and cared for according to the instructions provided. MELOCCOTON is not liable for damages resulting from improper use or handling.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices: All prices are in EUR (€) and include Belgian VAT. Shipping fees and any additional charges are specified during checkout.
  • Price Modifications: Prices may change at any time. However, the price charged will be the one in effect at the time of placing the order.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: MELOCCOTON accepts payments through secure payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Bancontact, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  • Payment Security: All payment transactions are encrypted to protect customer data. MELOCCOTON is not responsible for any issues arising from the payment provider’s systems.

5. Ordering and Contract Formation

  • Order Process: To make a purchase, the customer must follow the website’s ordering process, including providing accurate contact and payment information.
  • Order Confirmation: Once payment is completed, an order confirmation will be sent via email, confirming the details of the purchase. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of the order and finalizes the sales contract.
  • Order Cancellation: MELOCCOTON reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any legitimate reason, including suspicion of fraud, inaccurate customer information, or product unavailability.

6. Shipping and Delivery

MELOCCOTON ships to all 27 european coutries

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination and selected delivery method.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. MELOCCOTON is not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs, carrier delays).
  • Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receipt.

  • Exercise of Withdrawal Right: To initiate a return, the customer must notify MELOCCOTON by email at hola@meloccoton.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be in unused, original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

8. Warranty and Liability

MELOCCOTON products are covered by a legal warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty Period: The legal warranty period is two years from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Claims: If a product is found to be defective, the customer should contact MELOCCOTON at hola@meloccoton.com. MELOCCOTON will assess the claim and provide an appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement, or refund.
